the location was marvellous, just a short walk away from a whitewashed and wooden mansion. the room was spotless and reasonably large with a view, i stayed here for 2 nights.

This great budget hotel was an ideal base for one night. The folks working here were pretty friendly and amiable. We thoroughly enjoyed the room, it was reasonably large with a view. The property's location was perfect, next to restaurant and the old town of Melnik. Furthermore, to Greece beaches.

Our stay at this guesthouse was absolutely mind-blowing! The location was super quiet and conveniently close to the bus stop. We were blown away by the new depandance with the jaw-dropping swimming pool. Having a mini market and restaurant on-site, with breakfast included, made our stay even more amazing. The room was clean and nice, with fantastic surroundings. The staff was incredibly nice and friendly, even though they only knew a few words in English, we still managed to understand each other. The shared kitchen and washing machine were a major bonus for us. Our kids were in awe of the pool and loved chilling there in the late afternoon. The host was incredibly kind and friendly, accepting Euros for payment. this guesthouse delivered an unforgettable experience and excellent value for money.

The hotel is clean. The staff is affable. The room is good value for money. The location is comfortable and peaceful. It is very close to the center, bus stop, and the main square. They have lots of meals to choose from. The food is savory.

I always return to this place in Melnik because it has everything I need - free Wi-Fi, fitness center, swimming pool, and more. The staff even helped me print documents. Perfect for my city break. No regrets!

mario complex again exceeded my expectations during this biking trip. the room was clean, with a nice view, and all the amenities like air conditioning, fridge, and wifi worked perfectly. the owner, a nice old guy, made the stay even more enjoyable.

The rooms at Hotel Mario are amazing! They are air-conditioned with a private bathroom, which makes them super comfortable. I loved the fact that some rooms have a seating area where you can relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. It really adds a nice touch to the room. The air conditioning in the triple room was a lifesaver, especially during the hot summer days. Plus, the pool view was an added bonus! Having a TV in each room was great, it allowed us to relax and catch up on our favorite shows after a busy day. The tile/marble floor in the double room was a nice touch, it added a touch of elegance to the room. The single room had a toaster, which was a small but handy feature for making quick snacks.

Personally, I didn't find the soundproofing in the triple room to be very effective, but it might not bother others.

Stayed over Easter. Very uncomplicated stay, just what I needed for one night. Room had a sitting area and access to the swimming pool, which was a nice bonus. Was able to get enough sleep despite some noise from the pool area. loved that the hotel is located just a minute's walk from the center, making it easy to explore the small town.

. Noticed that the beds were not very comfortable and could use a refresh.
